1 – Can you start a project with a concept drawing?

3 – Can I have large environments using containers?
Yes, it is possible to use only one container or more than one, by attaching them side by side or by stacking them. Versatility and creativity are two of the great advantages of this type of construction.
4 – How many containers can be stacked? What about durability?
The containers are made of Corten steel (75% stronger than ordinary steel) and its structure is designed to withstand up to 30 tons each. Up to 8 units can be stacked. If we compare it to a conventional masonry work, for example, it would take a lot of concrete to achieve the same structure. The durability can reach up to 99 years.
5 – Can containers be placed on any land? What about foundation?
It depends of the land and client’s preference, but anyway, the foundation is much simpler compared to other foundation-types, because it only use a six-point structural base at the ends.
6 – Can any finishing material be used inside the house?
Yes, the interior can be done as you wish, keeping the original structure or adapting to look like a “regular” house.
7 – Can the container construction be carried out in any city?
It will depend on the codes and regulations of each city and counties.
8 – Is it true that you can have a home ready in 3 months?
The construction complexion is much faster than an ordinary house, so YES, it is possible!
9 – Is the container structurally safe, resistant to hurricanes?
Once it’s secured in a proper foundation, it becomes resistant to any kind of natural disaster, including Hurricanes! It is worth remembering that in constructions with containers you can say goodbye to problems like termites.
10 – Can I use any type of roof?
The container is waterproof. Which means that no water comes in from anywhere. Therefore, the roof in this cases is optional.
